Training Sessions are grouped by AGE and GENDER. Training sessions are scheduled as such to provide one Speed & Strength session paired with one fundamental session between the hours of 4 to 6pm for each different group (age and gender), as well as high school fundamental session during the 6 to 7pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Each training session will have 2 groups, a beginner and an intermediate/advanced group.

The training is offered at $150 per month. You select one fundamental session and one day of speed and strength training each week. You can also just focus your classes on fundamental too! That’s two training sessions per week! If a session is cancelled by EBC due to an unforeseen circumstance regarding the gym, you will not be charged. If, however, you miss a session for any reason, please understand that there are no refunds or make up sessions.
4 speed and strength training classes--1 each week for one month $90
4 speed and strength training or fundamental classes--1 each week for one month $90
8 speed and strength training--2 each week for one month $150
8 speed and strength training or fundamental classes--2 each week for one month $150
24 speed and strength training or fundamental classes--2 each week for 3 months (10% discount off the monthly rate) $405
48 speed and strength training or fundamental classes--2 each week for 6 months (20% discount off the monthly rate) $720
One on One Packages
Individual Personal Training with a certified personal trainer (under the age of 18): $50 per hour
Individual Personal Training with a certified personal trainer (over the age of 18): $65 per hour
One one one fundamental basketball training: $50 per hour
*Minimum of 8 session (2 each week for one month). Scheduling will be done between trainer and trainee depending on the availability of both.
