All refunds will be provided within 30 days.  We have no refunds on team/season feels. Once a training package is purchased and one class is used or session attended, there will not be a refund.  Individual training sessions are booked with EBC and not with an individual trainer.  We will always try to schedule the one on one session with your trainer of choice unless circumstances beyond our control exist.
